Kalil, Claiborne to attend Vikings annual 'Top 30' event at Winter Park

The NFL Draft is less than a month away and some of the top prospects in the draft will attend the Vikings' annual Top 30 event next Wednesday. USC offensive tackle Matt Kalil and LSU defensive back Morris Claiborne are both scheduled to make the trip to the team's practice facility at Winter Park.

Vikings leaning towards Matt Kalil?

Vikings general manager Rick Spielman says there are a lot of different philosophies about selecting left tackles in the draft. Dominant left tackles are rarely found in free agency, which means the Vikings might have to decide between drafting Matt Kalil from USC, or trading back and hoping the second best tackle in the draft, Riley Reiff from Iowa is still on the board.
