The rivalry between Joel Embiid and the Timberwolves' Karl-Anthony Towns boiled over on the court Wednesday night as the two big men brawled on the court.

The 76ers star appeared to push Towns, prompting KAT to respond by attempting to throw a punch, as the two grappled down to the floor

Several more players and officials then got involved, with Ben Simmonds at one point appearing to grab KAT around the neck.

The pair have had a rivalry in recent years, with Towns having previously been criticized for being overwhelmed by the big center when the 76ers and Wolves have clashed.

Embiid was later seen laughing and joking with his teammates as the pair were pulled apart.
