The 24 year-old Moore has won two WNBA titles with Minnesota in the last three seasons, is a two-time WNBA All-Star, was an All-WNBA first team recipient in 2013, and was named Finals MVP at the culmination of the Lynx title run two months ago.

She won three high-school state championships while being named national prep player of the year twice, and also won two national titles at the University of Connecticut.

Moore, who plays for the Shanxi Flame of the Chinese League in the winters, also appeared in the Pepsi Max commercial campaign "Uncle Drew" in October.

Here's Moore with ESPN's Julie Foudy discussing her success and the honor ESPN has bestowed on her.

ESPN will reveal their No. 1 most impactful female athlete Dec. 13.
