It required a comeback, but the Minnesota Lynx still own the Phoenix Mercury.

The Lynx (13-3) trailed by eight points at the half before rallying for a 82-77 win over the Mercury Sunday in Phoenix.

It's Minnesota's 11th straight win against Phoenix (including two postseason games in 2011).

Rebekkah Brunson led the Lynx with 18 points and 13 rebounds -- her fifth double-double in the last nine games.

A balanced attack from the Lynx included 15 points for Seimone Augustus, 15 from Lindsay Whalen and 14 from Maya Moore.

Moore struggled with her shot, hitting just 3-12 from the field, but she hit the two biggest shots of the game. She connected on a three-pointer to put the Lynx up 76-74 with 37.9 seconds left, and later stole and inbounds pass for a layup to seal the victory.

The Mercury was led by a 1-2 punch from WNBA leading scorer Diana Taurasi and Dewanna Bonner. Taurasi scored a game-high 26 points to go along with six rebounds and six assists. Bonner finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds.

Rookie Brittany Griner, a 6-foot-8 budding star, missed her fourth straight game with a knee injury.

Minnesota closes the first half of the season at home against Phoenix on Wednesday.
