The Minnesota Lynx are headed to the WNBA Finals for a third straight year.

Minnesota earned the Western Conference title by sweeping a best-of-three series over Phoenix with a Game 2 victory in Phoenix, 72-65 on Sunday.

Maya Moore led the Lynx with 27 points and Seimone Augustus added 22.

The key to the win may have come in the post, where Minnesota held rookie phenom Brittney Griner to six points. Griner didn't make a single trip to the free-throw line.

Minnesota finishes the season with a perfect 7-0 record against the Mercury.

The Lynx will meet the Atlanta Dream in the WNBA Finals. Minnesota beat the Dream in the Finals in 2011.
