Lynx take Lindsey Moore in first-round of WNBA Draft
The Minnesota Lynx selected Nebraska guard Lindsey Moore as the No. 12 pick in the first-round of the WNBA Draft Monday night.
The Pioneer Press reports that Moore will be a backup point guard to Lindsey Whalen.
Moore averaged 15.1 points and 5.7 assists per game as Nebraska's starting point guard this season.
She was named to the honorable mention All-American team as a senior.
In the second-round the Lynx picked Connecticut guard Sugar Rodgers 14th overall.
