The Minnesota Lynx will hold one final tune-up before the regular season home opener against the Connecticut Sun Saturday at Target Center.

The Star Tribune reports that head coach Cheryl Reeve wanted her players to have a game-like scrimmage before the games start counting in the win-loss column.

“We want to get in a rhythm in what we’re doing,” Reeve said. “We also want to look at the lineups.”

They'll play against a group of men that will run sets similar to what Connecticut does.

The game is not open to the public.

Notes: Fans will notice a big difference when they watch the WNBA this season. The three-point line has been moved back from a little more than 20 feet to 22 feet, 1 and 3-quarter inches.
