Minnesota Lynx 69

For the third time in the last five years, the Minnesota Lynx are the WNBA Champions. They beat Indiana 69-52 in Game 5 of the WNBA Finals Wednesday night to win the series on their home floor.

It was the first time the Lynx have won a title at home.

Indiana didn't handle the Lynx pressure in the first half. The Fever committed 19 turnovers on the night, 10 of them were directly on Lynx steals.

2. Stepping up on a quiet night for Maya

Sylvia Fowles had a big night to lead the Lynx. She finished with a double-double – 20 points and 11 rebounds. Fowles was named the Finals MVP for her efforts.

Seimone Augustus added 16 points on 8-of-17 shooting.

Maya Moore had a quiet night, finishing with just five points on 1-of-8 shooting.
