Manziel apologizes, plans return to NFL ... then shares bizarre video

Embattled NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel – who isn't currently on a team – is now fighting for a second chance. Or so it appears.

Manziel took to Twitter to apologize to Texas A&M fans while insisting he's not done playing football.

The former first-round draft pick, whom many thought the Vikings should have selected, says he's been clean and sober for two weeks. Manziel was released by the Cleveland Browns after the 2015 season and he's already suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season. The New York Post points out that Manziel is also facing up to a year in jail after being accused of assaulting his former girlfiend.

On Instagram, Manziel shared a black and white video of himself making strange faces.

We'll see if he cleans up his act this time around because we've heard this before from Manziel.
