Miguel Ibarra scores wonder goal in 2-0 Minnesota United win over Montreal

Christian Ramirez score United's first.

After three games without a victory, Minnesota United got back to winning ways at TCF Bank Stadium Saturday.

Their 2-0 victory over the struggling Montreal Impact lifted the Loons to 8th in the Western Conference, just a single point out of a playoff spot.

And the win was sealed thanks to this magnificent effort from star midfielder Miguel Ibarra, who curled the ball into the top-left hand corner from 20 yards.

Check it out.

"Speechless wow! What a goal," the No. 10 tweeted after the game, if he does say so himself.

Six minutes earlier, fellow fan favorite Christian Ramirez had given United the lead with a somewhat scruffier effort, as the Impact keeper flubbed Ramirez's effort from just inside the box.

United next play Sporting Kansas City on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Central.
