Former Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Tice tells the Chicago Tribune he's using humor to relate to quarterback Jay Cutler at training camp. Tice was promoted to to offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears in January.

Former Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Tice tells the Chicago Tribune he's using humor to relate to quarterback Jay Cutler at training camp.

It's a much different coaching style than former coordinator Mike Martz.

Tice was promoted to to offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears in January.
