Two Minnesota teams remain in the Division II and Division III NCAA football playoffs.

Minnesota State-Mankato is still in the hunt for the D-2 title, following Saturday's double-overtime 38-35 win over Northwest Missouri. The Mavericks led 21-0 at the half, but the Bearcats clawed back to give MSU a scare.

Mankato hosts Missouri Western State this Saturday in the quarterfinal round.

In D-3 play, St. Thomas toppled Elmhurst (Ill.), 24-17, Saturday to return to the quarterfinals for the fourth consecutive year.

The Tommies will take on Hobart (N.Y.) this Saturday for a chance to advance to the semifinal round.
