The men's hockey team is off and skating, the women's curling team is in the win category, and all is right with the world (except for the men's curling team losing and Leif Nordgren placing 83rd of 88 in his biathlon event today).

Time for more Olympic fun Friday, here's what to watch for as Week 1 reaches its conclusion.

DAY 7:

Friday will mark the lightest day of action at the Olympics for Minnesotans thus far, with only men's and women's curling competing at the Games. The men, now 1-3 after a loss to Great Britain today, have two matches in Sochi Friday, the first coming at 9 a.m. in Russia and 11 p.m. in Minnesota. After a 10-hour break, the men, led by four Minnesotans, will take on host-country Russia at 7 p.m. in Sochi and 9 a.m. Minnesota time. John Shuster and Co.'s first match will be replayed on NBC Sports Network at 2 a.m., with their match against Russia also coming via delay, a 4 p.m. start on CNBC.

The women's curling team, featuring Minneapolis' Jessica Schultz and Eden Prairie native Allison Pottinger, couldn't keep their momentum going today after picking up their first victory of the Games Wednesday. They look to rebound against Denmark at 4 a.m. Friday, a match that can be seen live on USA Network.
