NBA Free Agency: Timberwolves to offer Nicolas Batum $50 million

Nicolas Batum, a restricted free-agent from the Portland Trail Blazers, was scheduled to meet with the Timberwolves Sunday night. The Star Tribune reports the Wolves are prepared to offer Batum a four-year deal worth as much as $50 million. The Blazers would have the right to match any offer Batum receives.
