Odyssey Sims hit the go-ahead jumper with 6.5 seconds left to lead the Lynx to a 73-72 road victory over the Chicago Sky on Wednesday night.

Sims led the Lynx with 16 points and was one of five Lynx to score in double figures, including a career-high 13 points off the bench for Asia Taylor.

  • Odyssey Sims: 16 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists
  • Napheesa Collier: 13 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals
  • Asia Taylor: 13 points
  • Sylvia Fowles: 10 points, 13 rebounds
  • Danielle Robinson: 10 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists

The victory is Minnesota's fifth in the last six games, pushing their record to 9-6, good for second in the Western Conference. In fact, the Lynx are tied with Connecticut for the third-best record in the WNBA.

Raise your hand if you thought the Lynx would be among the best in the league without Maya Moore, Lindsay Whalen and Rebekkah Brunson, not to mention Seimone Augustus, who has yet to play this season because of a knee injury.

Minnesota is back in action Friday on the road against the Atlanta Dream.
