Osseo moved to 6-1 on the season by stunning the Champlin Park crowd with D.J. Hebert's game-ending touchdown pass. The win should give the Orioles the number two seed (behind Wayzata) in Class 5A Section 5.

In Bemidji, Cody Rutledge filled in nicely at quarterback, as the Lumberjacks pounded St. Cloud Tech 35-6. The victory sets up Bemidji for the top seed in Class 4A Section 7.

Mahtomedi quarterback Andrew Lindquist returned from a summer injury to lead the Zephyrs over South St. Paul, 27-21. Lindquist scored one touchdown and passed for two more as the Packers' 12-game conference winning streak came to an end.

And Shakopee used its defense and running game to stake a claim to the top seed in Section 6 of Class 5A. The seventh-ranked Sabers held off Red Wing 14-7 to stay undefeated.
