Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy says his team responded with one their best practices of the year Wednesday, following the death of the son of offensive coordinator Joe Philbin. With a playoff game against New York looming this weekend, McCarthy says the situation gave everybody "a punch in the heart."
