The Minnesota Wild should make the NHL playoffs, but losing against bottom-feeders like Calgary (4-1, Sunday afternoon) at home is making the fan base restless.

Mike Yeo's team is now in seventh place in the Western Conference standings, with the top eight teams advancing.

They're sitting at 51 points, tied with eighth-place Columbus and three points ahead of ninth-place Detroit.

The rest of the way, Minnesota (24-18-3) has three games remaining on the lockout-shortened schedule. Two are at home, one on the road, starting with tomorrow's clash with the Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings:

Tuesday, April 23, Home, against Los Angeles (26-14-5).

Friday, April 26, Home, against Edmonton (17-20-7).

Saturday, April 27, Away, against Colorado (15-23-7).

Detroit (20-16-8) -- lurking in ninth place -- has one more game to play than the Wild, and finishes with these teams:

Monday, April 22, Home, against Phoenix (19-17-8).

Wednesday, April 24, Home, against Los Angeles (26-14-5).

Thursday, April 25, Home, against Nashville (15-21-9).

Saturday, April 27, Away, against Dallas (22-19-4).
