Randy Shaver drives his golf cart into a pond

That's not where that's supposed to go...

KARE 11 anchor Randy Shaver hit a water hazard on Monday but not with his golf clubs.

Instead, Shaver somehow ended up driving his golf cart into the water at Rush Creek Golf Club. Shaver, KARE staff and other media personalities were participating in the annual Randy Shaver Cancer Research Fund Tournament.

NFL Network reporter and Twin Cities native Tom Pelissero tweeted a video of the cart being pulled from the water.

It's unclear how this affected Shaver's scorecard for the day. Regardless, the scores don't matter at charity events – and that's especially the case for Shaver, who recently kicked cancer's butt for a second time.
