Report: Nolasco, Garza on Twins' free-agent radar

MLB free agency is a fun time of the year for baseball fans. While it can take weeks or even months to figure out where players are going, the speculation inside the rumor mill is always flowing with fresh material.

The latest today regarding the Twins comes for Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports.

Parker Hageman of TwinsCentric reports that Nolasco is looking for a five-year deal. Yahoo! Sports reports that Nolasco has four offers on the table, all believed to be worth $52-60 million.

Nolasco, who turns 31-years-old next month, went 13-11 with a 3.70 earned-run average while pitching for the Marlins and Dodgers last season.

Meanwhile, Darren Wolfson reports that former Twins starting pitcher Matt Garza is open to returning to Minnesota.

Earlier this week the Pioneer Press reported that talks between the Twins and starting pitcher Bronson Arroyo were heating up.

The Twins seem to be in hot pursuit of some starting pitching, which is a great thing considering they finished with the worst ERA in all of baseball last season.
