Report: Vikings' stadium plan is 'unrealistic' and 'aggressive'

The Metropolitan Council will release a report Wednesday covering the Minnesota Vikings' stadium plan. The report is already known to say the Arden Hills plan is "aggressive" and "unrealistic." It also suggests that a Ramsey County sales tax will compromise the county's ability to fund other projects.
