According to his agent, Neil S. Schwartz and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Mackensie Alexander has agreed to terms with the Minnesota Vikings.
Alexander spent the first four years of his career with the Vikings but signed a one-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals last offseason.
Alexander's year with the Bengals got off to a rough start as his father disappeared prior to the beginning of the season but was found several days later. Once on the field, Alexander struggled to stay on it after a bout with COVID-19 and a concussion.
A second-round pick by the Vikings in the 2016 NFL Draft, Alexander joins a group that includes Cameron Dantzler, Patrick Peterson and Jeff Gladney.
