Linebacker Rocky McIntosh worked out for the Vikings on Tuesday, according to league sources. McIntosh spent his first six seasons in the NFL with the Redskins. He lost his starting job last season when the Redskins switched from a 4-3 to a 3-4 defense. In 2010 he finished second on the team with 110 tackles.

Twins' Slowey traded to Rockies
