As we noted on Monday, Gophers defensive tackle Ra'Shede Hageman showed up and performed at a high level on the first day of Senior Bowl practice in Mobile, Alabama. The 6-foot-6, 318-pound senior didn't slow down on Tuesday.

CBS Sports is tracking Hageman as one of the most explosive players at the week-long event, which helps college seniors spend time with coaches and scouts from NFL teams. On Tuesday, Hageman "flashed dominating strength and length, routinely driving opponents into the backfield with a his bull rush and showing impressive burst for a man of his imposing" size.

NFLDraftScout.com ranks Hageman has the 19th best draft eligible player in college football, and the No. 1 rated player at the Senior Bowl.

Hageman told the beat writer for the Kansas City Chiefs' website how he's avoiding the distractions of being so highly touted.

"At the end of the day, football is football, so it's just another day at the office" Hageman said. "We're going against the top dogs in the country and we're all here for a reason; so, the fact that I'm competing at this level, I believe, is going to make me better."

According to writers for a popular New England Patriots website, Hageman "utilized his bullrush a lot" on Tuesday. During 11-on-11 drills Hageman showed off a "strong, sudden swim move that would have resulted in a sack."

We'll have a recap of day three at the Senior Bowl later today or Wednesday morning.
