Take a seat Nostradamus, Miss Cleo and Sven Sundgaard, you're no longer the supreme rulers of future forecasting.

The new sheriff: Sports Illustrated, which ran a story in June of 2014 predicting the Houston Astros would win the World Series in 2017.

In fact, Sports Illustrated didn't just run a story with the bold prediction: it put the prediction on the cover

Copies of the magazine are selling like hot cakes on eBay, with one starting bid of .99 cents going to a final bid of $560

There are more just like it, too.

You can get a copy for $19.95 direct from Sports Illustrated, or get a framed copy of the magazine for $79.95.
