Spring Training: Twins blast Toronto, 8-4

The Twins overcame a so-so start from righthander Mike Pelfrey and rallied to beat Toronto, 8-4, Tuesday in Grapefruit League play in Dunedin, Fla.

In his first start in a Minnesota uniform, Pelfrey pitched 1 2/3 innings, giving up three runs of five hits.

It was also Pelfrey's first start since undergoing Tommy John surgery last May.

Joe Benson and Edward Rosario each hit two-run homers for the Twins. Benson connected in the second inning, Rosario in the eighth inning,
