Twins lose sixth straight, 7-6 to Kansas City
The Twins lost to the Royals, 7-6 at Target Field Friday night, pushing their losing streak to six games. Joe Mauer had two hits, including his first triple in two years, but pitching was the problem. Carl Pavano allowed five runs and the bullpen gave up two more in the eighth inning, giving the Royals the lead for good.
