The Boss is back: Springsteen ready to rock the Twin Cities
One of rock's top acts opens two nights on stage at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul Sunday night. MPR reports that Bruce Springsteen will perform on tour with his latest album, "Wrecking Ball." He will be backed by the 17-piece E Street band.
The 63-year-old musician has been especially busy in the last few weeks. In addition to touring, he appeared at campaign events with President Barack Obama, ABC News reports. The New Jersey native also played a benefit to raise money for the victims of Superstorm Sandy.
Springsteen's two night run caps a busy stretch of concerts at the Xcel Energy Center. Both Madonna and Bob Dylan have appeared there this month.
