Former No. 1 golfer Tiger Woods was arrested in Jupiter, Florida on Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office's online records show Woods was released on his own recognizance with no bond shortly after being booked.

According to CBS, Woods was arrested near a bar he owns called the Woods Jupiter.

The 41-year-old has undergone multiple back surgeries over the past few years and hasn't won a major tournament since 2008. After his latest surgery, Woods said just five days ago, "I haven't felt this good in years."

This isn't the first time Woods has found himself in trouble. In 2009, Woods crashed his car at his home after his then-wife Elin Nordegren, caught him being unfaithful to her and the divorced shortly after.

It turned out Woods was a sex addict and he checked himself into rehab shorty after.
