Tom Brady down to one chance to get his 4-game ban lifted

If you have Tom Brady on your fantasy football team you might want to go pick up Jimmy Garoppolo, because as it stands right now Brady remains suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season.

On Tuesday, according to SportsCenter, the Federal appeals court denied Brady's latest movement to get his four-game ban lifted.

Brady's suspension stems from "Deflategate," where the future Hall of Fame Patriots quarterback is accused of asking Patriots staff members to take some air out of game balls to make them easier to grip.

According to Pro Football Talk, Brady could still try to have the Supreme Court listen to his case – but the Boston Globe says that's a long shot.

"Assuming Brady’s case is not heard by the Supreme Court, he will be suspended for the Patriots’ first four games of the season — the opener at Arizona and home games against Miami, Houston, and Buffalo. Per NFL rules, Brady will not be allowed to appear at the Patriots facility or have any contact with the team, including the coaching staff, during the four-week suspension."

This really doesn't impact the Vikings unless Arizona beats New England in the season opener and then goes on to clip the Vikings for one of the top two seeds in the NFC. But of course, that would mean the Vikings and Cardinals would have to be really good – which is very possible.
