Towns on KG's retirement: 'I'll take it from here'

With the retirement of Timberwolves legend Kevin Garnett, Karl-Anthony Towns took to his Instagram to write a heartfelt message to his teammate.

At the end of his post, Towns said, "I know what I must do. I'll take it from here."

Towns is the reigning Rookie of the Year and with just one season under his belt, he's already considered one of the best players in the league.

On Saturday morning, head coach Tom Thibodeau also released a statement congratulating Garnett on his storied career.
