Apple Valley native Tre Jones declared for the 2020 NBA Draft on Saturday, coming off a fantastic sophomore season for the Duke Blue Devils.

Jones' sophomore season was a breakout for the point guard as he was named the ACC Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year. He averaged 16.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game.

The season has helped Jones' draft stock rise as he checks in at 43rd in NBADraft.net's top-100 rankings.

By declaring for the NBA Draft, Jones will follow the footsteps of his older brother Tyus, who was a first-round pick by the Timberwolves in 2015 and currently plays for the Memphis Grizzlies.
