Twins ask fans to vote for 2012 Hall of Fame class

Fan voting is under way on the Twins web site on who you think should be in the club’s Hall of Fame. Eighteen players are on the 2012 ballot, including Dan Gladden, Cesar Tovar, Larry Hisle and Camilo Pascual. The new class will be announced at TwinsFest in January.

The National Football League announced its Hall of Fame Class of 2012 Saturday afternoon. Former Vikings defensive end and linebacker Chris Doleman is one of the six players selected for induction. He is the 11th Viking to be enshrined in Canton, Ohio. Former Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter was also eligible, but was denied until at least next year.
