Paul Molitor's first decision as manager of the Minnesota Twins was to keep Tom Brunansky on the coaching staff. The Twins announced Thursday morning that the man called "Bruno" will return next season as the team's hitting coach.

"I was very pleased with what we accomplished offensively," Brunansky said of this year's Twins team, according to Fox Sports North's Tyler Mason. "We were in games. Our boys battled."

The Twins scored 715 runs this season, good for fifth most in the American League, and seventh most in Major League Baseball.

Six more names will fill out the rest of Molitor's staff.
