U.S. Open Day 2: Johnson pulls even with Landry atop the leaderboard
It's been a rainy and stormy weekend for the U.S. Open. Dustin Johnson is looking to rebound from a epic collapse from last years open. After a solid first round, he carried over his strong play into the second round.

After 27 holes, Johnson finally bogeyed. But he closed out the second day at -4 and is tied atop the leaderboard with Andrew Landry. Not everyone finished the second round Friday as play was suspended due to darkness at 8:42 p.m.
Lee Westwood remains one stroke back at -3, while Scott Piercy, Sergio Garcia and Shane Lowry are all tied for fourth at -2.
Other notables after the second day:
- Jim Furyk -2
- Bubba Watson -1
