What do you get when you put a guy who doesn't exercise regularly on a football field with Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway and former Vikings linebacker Ben Leber?

Answer: Hilarity.

KFAN's Paul "Meatsauce" Lambert strapped on a GoPro video camera and went through an NFL-style workout with Greenway and Leber. Check out the video.

Takeaways from the video:

  1. Greenway, even as an aging veteran in the NFL, is extremely athletic.
  2. Leber can still move despite being retired for a few years now.
  3. The difference in ability between the pros and an average person is enormous.

Meatsauce's experience is similar to the training session I went through five years ago while working at KFAN, I was put through a ringer with Velocity Sports Performance's elite regimen. I can't tell you how I avoided throwing up during that workout, but I did. Video here.

Meanwhile, Greenway and the Vikings report to training camp in Mankato on July 25th. The first day of practices are July 26th.
