Video: Watch as Miguel Sano hits a ball too hard for a home run

In case you missed it in last night's 5-4 Twins loss to the Tampa Bay Rays, Miguel Sano ran into one of the quirks of Tropicana Field.

The oddity appeared to cost Sano a home run, and may have cost the Twins the game.

With a runner on and two outs in the top of the third inning, Sano caught up with this Drew Smyly pitch and crushed a towering fly ball that appeared to be heading well out of the yard – until it hit the catwalk on the ceiling.

It wound up being an RBI double, but Sano was stranded on second after Trevor Plouffe flew out.

Here was some of the Twitter reaction to Sano's blast.
