Canadian Football League star linebacker Solomon Elimimian is the newest member of the Vikings. The team announced it signed Elimimian to a $390-thousand futures contract on Tuesday. He was named the hardest hitter in the CFL last season.

The Vikings have signed linebacker Soloman Elimimian from the Canadian Football League's BC Lions. Elimimian, 25, was an All-Star in the league and was voted the CFL's hardest hitter in a poll among players after the season.
