Watch: Blake School are state soccer champs thanks to insane 60-yard strike

Oh, and it was in double overtime.

There was to be no Cinderella story for unseeded Bemidji High against No. 1 Blake School in the Class A state soccer championship game – but holy crap what a way to lose.

In double overtime, Blake Bears midfielder Keegan James shot straight from the kickoff.

He'll never hit a sweeter ball, and the crowd at U.S. Bank Stadium watched in amazement as it flew into the top corner off the right-hand post.

Only a handful over these goals have ever been scored in WORLD soccer, never mind in Minnesota, so this was truly something special from James.

Check it out.
