Watch: Karl-Anthony Towns behind-the-scenes for 'NBA 2K17'

Reigning NBA Rookie of the Year Karl-Anthony Towns showed fans a behind-the-scenes look at the recent NBA 2K17 video game that was pre-released on Friday, Sept. 16.

Towns is one of seven athletes that were named to the NBA 2K cover team this summer. In the video above, Towns demonstrated the new post-moves the game has to offer.

He also talks about his expectations for the Timberwolves and himself in the upcoming NBA season.

With Towns' solid two-way play and being a big man that can knock down mid-range shots, the Wolves forward looks to be a dangerous weapon not just in real life but in the video game world too.

Check out the video above to see how a real-life superstar is transformed into a video game character.

The game will be available to the public Sept. 20.
