Packers linebacker Clay Matthews took a line drive to the face during a charity softball game on Saturday.
Matthews immediately dropped to the ground when the liner hit him, but he bounced back up, covered his bleeding face with his glove and walked off the field on his own.
He was taken to a local emergency room and diagnosed with a broken nose, which he says he'll need surgery on.
The guy that hit the line drive is Packers third-year offensive lineman Lucas Patrick.
Fortunately, we know of a pretty good doctor if Matthews hasn't yet selected who will perform the surgery.
All joking aside, we're glad the six-time Pro Bowl player is going to be fine.
