Winfield returns to practice

Antoine Winfield returned to the Vikings practice field for the first time since suffering a neck injury October 2 against the Chiefs. He was limited during Wednesday's practice and will continue to be evaluated the rest of the week. The hope is to have him play against the high powered Packers.

After missing four games with a neck strain, Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield is out for the rest of the season. Coach Leslie Frazier says Winfield suffered a fractured clavicle in the second half of Monday night’s blowout loss to the Packers. Winfield is scheduled to have surgery tomorrow.
