The Minnesota Timberwolves have found some much needed depth in the post. The Wolves signed center Miroslav Raduljica to a 10-day contract Thursday.

The news came a day after Minnesota released Jeff Adrien to open up a roster spot for Raduljica.

According to the Pioneer Press, Raduljica, 27, was undrafted in the 2010 NBA Draft. He has one year of league experience – last season with Milwaukee.

The 7-footer played 48 games for the Bucks, averaging 3.8 points and 2.3 rebounds in nearly 10 minutes a game. He was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers in August and was released just a few days later.

Raduljica had been playing with Shandong of the Chinese Basketball Association, where he averaged 18 points and 9 rebounds a game. He could provide the Wolves some depth in the post behind Gorgui Dieng, especially while Nikola Pekovic remains out with an injury.

Raduljica has plenty of experience in European basketball. He has played with several teams there since 2005, including Partizan Belgrade in Serbia and BC Azovmash in the Ukranian Super League.

Raduljica averaged 13 points per game while helping Serbia’s national team to the 2014 FIBA World Cup championship game, where they lost to the United States.

After the game, Radulica claimed despite the loss, his beard was still better than James Harden's.

He will wear number 13 for the Wolves.
