According to the National Weather Service, an inch or less of snow is possible in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin on Friday, followed by another shot an an inch or so of snow Saturday night.
A third clipper is poised to move through the region Sunday into Monday, and this is the one that Novak Weather and the NWS are watching for a better shot at accumulating snow, though just how much at this point is unclear. But the Sunday-Monday system will have more moisture to work with.
