Novak Weather is all over the incoming storm system that has the potential to deliver accumulating snow to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Depending on the model you look at or trust, the amount of snow and precisely where the snow accumulates the most varies greatly. Novak Weather expects those models to come into more of an agreement in the next 24 hours or so, so Tuesday's update will be very important – especially if you're traveling Wednesday into Thursday for Christmas.
This storm system has the potential to bring snow and big-time winds, which when combined with plummeting temperatures could result in hazardous travel conditions.
"You are going to want to leave by noon on Wednesday," said Novak Weather during a Facebook Live video Monday night. "Especially if the European computer model guidance is correct."
