Dec. 29 Weather with Sven: Here comes the snow

It's another snow day in Minnesota and meteorologist Sven Sundgaard has all of the details for the storm system, which he expects will drop 2-4 inches across much of Minnesota, with slightly higher amounts possible in far southern parts of the state.

Here's how much snow the Twin Cities office of the National Weather Service is forecasting.

"There will be some isolated 4-inch amounts, especially in the southern suburbs," Sven says. 

As far as timing, the snow should arrive in the metro area by early afternoon.
