"A pretty dull pattern. Continued cooler than normal for several days: this is in large part to the overall blocking pattern we’ve had since mid April (except the hiccup of last weekend).
"A blocking ridge in Greenland and the North American west coast combined to drain all the cold air south over us & the east. This finally breaks down (at least temporarily) late next week.
"Otherwise a few minor rain chances late tomorrow (mainly south & west) & then midweek next week."
