Way Over Our Heads podcast: Climatologist discusses potential snowstorm in Minnesota

Climatologist Kenny Blumenfeld breaks down a potential snowstorm.

After a solid five months of talking about rain and thunderstorms, the guys from the Way Over Our Heads podcast are talking about weather typically reserved for winter, not fall!

Some weather models are indicating that a potentially historic storm with snow, wind and cold temperatures may impact parts of Minnesota on Friday and Saturday, but it’s too soon to know where it will hit or how much snow could fall.

Climatologist Kenny Blumenfeld and Jim du Bois discuss the potential early arrival of winter, look back at a wet September that ended with a record-setting dew point in the Twin Cities, and rejoice over the pleasant fall weather that’s on tap through midweek.

Note: They start talking about the storm system at the 15:10 mark.
