Way Over Our Heads podcast: Previewing the incoming snowstorm

Climatologist Kenny Blumenfeld and Jim du Bois preview what's to come for Minnesota.

Perhaps you've heard: It's going to snow quite a bit in most of Minnesota Friday and Saturday as a big winter storm invades the region.

Climatologist Kenny Blumenfeld, with Jim du Bois, in a special release episode of the Way Over Our Heads podcast, says travel conditions will be "downright difficult, if not impossible depending on where you're going."

Things won't get much better Saturday as strong northwest winds are expected to cause blowing and drifting snow, with reduced visibility for motorists.

Give this 14-minute podcast a listen for more information about the storm.
