A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection to an attack on a teen with disabilities outside Target in Crystal over the weekend.
Crystal police said Tuesday morning they've identified the four suspects believed to be involved in the incident – all juveniles – and they've arrested one of them.
A 16-year-old boy from Columbia Heights is being held on charges of third-degree riot and fifth-degree assault, but he hasn't been officially charged.
Police are interviewing the other three juveniles who they believe were involved in the incident, but they haven't been arrested.
The victim, who has physical disabilities, was slapped and kicked outside of Target on Saturday. The incident was captured on video that was posted to Facebook.
The incident wasn't reported to police until the victim's family member saw the video and called police the next day, officials said.
The victim is being treated for his injuries, but police did not detail how he was injured.
Police previously said the victim and suspects knew each other.
